Alan Stewart Duncan, a pioneer of the UK optometry, established one of the first opticians in London in 1962 in East Finchley. He worked in the local community for almost forty years and is still remembered by many. Upon his retirement, John Kozul brought the latest technology, design and fashions whilst maintaining the traditional old fashioned values of treating each customer as an individual with a personal programme of eye care.
